Now it's easier than ever for you to stay informed every step of the way. Depending on your situation, you can access to your order status by following one of the instructions below:
I used only my email to make the purchase
- You can access your order status by resetting your password.
- To do so, click on "Forgot your password", follow the instructions in the email that you'll receive and complete your profile.
- It'll only take 2 minutes and you'll only have to do it once!
I already registered an account
- All you need to do is sign in to your account.
- Just click on "Sign In" and enter your email and password.
- You're all set.
Once you are logged into your account, please select the "Orders" option and locate the order number you wish to view.
Why do I need to do this to check my order status?
- For security: remember that your orders contain information such as your name and address, so logging in is important to maintain the security of your data.
- Save time: it's the quickest way to check your status. You'll be able to see the progress of the order, the current status, the estimated dispatch date, your tracking number, and any important information you need to know.
